Nicolas Kyriakides
Nicolas Kyriakides is a lawyer and academic. He is also interested in policymaking. He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he holds postgraduate degrees from UCL and NYU and a PhD (DPhil) from the University of Oxford. He has also been a visiting researcher at Harvard University. He teaches at the University of Nicosia and has contributed to a number of high level innovative legal research initiatives and papers in the course of both his commercial practice and his academic life, such as the Procedural Law Unit at the University of Nicosia. He is also a founding member of the non-profit organisation Oxygen for Democracy.
Eva Manolova
Eva Manolova is a legal advisor, in the area of Insurance and Personal Injury Law, including multi-jurisdictional matters, whilst conducting legal research in civil procedure, attending national and international forums, and working with multiple organisations as an executive external associate at the Procedural Law Unit, University of Nicosia. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus campus, earning a double-awarded degree recognised in both England and Wales, and Cyprus.
Georgina Athanasiou
Georgina is a lawyer and deals with banking and criminal law. She holds a law degree from the University of Cyprus, while she received a master's degree in Criminal Law and Human Rights from the same university. Since August 2016 she is the Chairman of the Board of Oxygen for Democracy. She is also a member of the scientific team of the Association for the Protection of Prisoners and Detainees and a member of the Transparency, Institutions and Justice Committee of the Parallel Parliament.
Galateia Xenophontos
Galateia Xenophontos is a trainee associate lawyer. Her focus is on civil procedure and legal research. She graduated from Deakin University, Australia where she initially acquired a Bachelor of International Studies (Hons), before pursuing a Bachelor of Law. She is a registered lawyer with the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Jason Senekkis
Jason is an experienced manager with a background in Finance, Management and Occupational Safety & Health. He has 13 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector in Cyprus and Middle East region. In 2020, he was appointed as the Road Safety Advisor to the former Minister of Justice and Public Order of Cyprus. He currently works as a Research Associate, involved in the co-ordination and management of two H2020 projects and is an OSH Ph.D. candidate, focusing on road safety research.
George Isaia
George Isaia is the Executive Director of Oxygen for Democracy, focusing on fostering democratic governance and institutional resilience. With a background in Philosophy and Political Sciences, his work emphasizes strengthening institutions, promoting the rule of law, and advancing participatory democracy. He also serves as an independent advisor at Zenox Public Affairs and advises the Commissioner for the Citizen on participatory democracy and civic empowerment.

Dimitris Ioannides is a versatile and innovative Communications Specialist with over 20 years of collective experience encompassing Journalism, Media, PR and Communications.
